We are seeking a full-time (12-month) Talent Management Benefits Coordinator with outstanding organizational and administrative skills to support our growing organization. This position requires initiative and strong attention to detail by applying established AZACS policies, procedures, and methods. Under the supervision and direction of the Talent Management Director, the Talent Management Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Talent Management department by inputting employee benefit selections in the HRIS and managing our benefits portal, while performing other essential duties as assigned.
