Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; relevant HR local & international certifications are a strong plus.
• 5 – 7 years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, learning & development, or People & culture leadership.
• Hands-on exposure to performance management, succession planning, leadership development, engagement and talent analytics.
• Strong ability to translate frameworks into practical solutions for different employee populations and organizational levels.
• Confidence in facilitating discussions and building the capability of HR teams and line managers.
• An analytical mindset with genuine interest in digital tools and AI-enabled talent insights.
• Strong project ownership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The agility to build while transforming comfortable creating structure without adding unnecessary complexity.

Responsibilities

• Shape Talent Journeys: Build integrated talent processes covering onboarding, performance management, potential assessment, career conversations, 360° feedback and succession planning.
• Design Talent Solutions: Create practical, fit-for-purpose approaches for different workforce segments, from blue-collar and staff populations to supervisors and managers.
• Shape Leadership Standards: Develop and embed the leadership competency framework that anchors performance, potential, development and succession decisions across the organization.
• Accelerate Capability Building: Own learning frameworks and solutions based on the 70–20–10 approach, connecting formal learning with coaching, exposure and real business challenges.
• Strengthen Manager Quality: Develop focused solutions that elevate people-management capability and create more consistent employee experience across teams.
• Build Talent Ownership: Build meaningful scorecards and analytics - leveraging AI where relevant - to identify talent risks, reveal trends and guide critical people decisions.
• Energize Engagement: Lead the engagement agenda in partnership with department heads, evolve listening platforms and translate employee insights into targeted actions that improve engagement year after year.
• Invest Where Talent Grows: Manage the talent and engagement budget while contributing to disciplined People-cost planning, prioritization and impact measurement.
• Raise the Talent Bar: Benchmark emerging practices, simplify processes and continuously enhance the organization’s talent-management ecosystem as the business grows.
