This role is located at our Corporate Headquarters located in Germantown, WI. You will support HR operations by coordinating interviews, training sessions and onboarding logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and new hires. Provides administrative support across HR Centers of Excellence and contributes to process improvements and data accuracy within HR systems.

Requirements

• 1+ years of administrative or HR support experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition or Onboarding
• Associate's degree from a two-year college in Human Resources Management or related field. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely completion of onboarding and training processes.
• Ensures accuracy in documentation, data entry and HR system updates.
• Strong verbal and written communication for coordinating with candidates, HR partners and internal teams.
• Comfortable using HRIS systems and scheduling tools in Microsoft Office for managing onboarding tasks.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• High sense of urgency to meet business needs and provide positive experiences for candidates and new hires throughout the onboarding process.
• Ability to support process improvements and resolve logistical or administrative challenges efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and schedules candidate interviews and Learning & Development training sessions, ensuring a smooth experience for all participants
• Manages and monitors pre-employment and new hire onboarding workflows, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required steps
• Oversees onboarding logistics, including pre-employment testing, IT equipment requests and documentation handling
• Coordinates and leads new hire orientation sessions in collaboration with Field HR partners.
• Prepares and issues employee identification badges for new hires
• Provides administrative support to HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement initiatives
• Other related duties
