As the Talent Management Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of HR programs in talent and performance management, learning and development, as well as our employee engagement initiatives. You will work alongside program managers and cross-functional teams to support the creation, administration, and implementation of programs and initiatives to achieve organizational objectives, drive engagement, retention, and the employer brand. This position is hybrid (3-4 days per week on-site depending upon need) and is based out of the Santa Ana, California office.
