As a key member of the Talent leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Halter’s global recruitment strategy as we scale rapidly across new and existing markets. Reporting into the Head of Talent, you’ll lead a growing team, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure we consistently hire exceptional people who raise the bar and align deeply with our mission and values. You’ll balance hands on recruitment delivery with team leadership, strategic planning, and continuous improvement of our recruitment engine.
