About The Position

Fluent Software Group is seeking a highly curious, commercially minded, and AI-forward Talent Intelligence Partner to join their People team. This role extends beyond traditional sourcing, focusing on deeply understanding businesses, leadership structures, operating dynamics, and talent markets to identify and engage exceptional individuals. The partner will act as a strategic advisor to leadership across the company's portfolio, influencing how talent is identified, attracted, and pipelined globally for executive, operational, technical, and strategic functions.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in talent sourcing, executive search, recruiting, talent intelligence, consulting, research, or a similarly analytical and people-focused environment.
  • Experience sourcing or engaging talent across business, operational, executive, or technical functions is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox and modern sourcing tools.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled workflows, automation tools, or advanced sourcing methodologies is highly valued.
  • Strong written communication and outreach personalization skills.
  • Strong business curiosity and desire to understand how companies operate, scale, and create value.
  • Exceptional research and investigative skills with the ability to connect dots quickly across industries, functions, and talent markets.
  • Strong storytelling and communication abilities with a talent for translating opportunities into compelling narratives.
  • High level of ownership, execution speed, and accountability.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify patterns, extract insights, and improve decision-making through market intelligence.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders and executive-level candidates.
  • Highly proactive mindset with a constant focus on building future pipelines and uncovering untapped talent opportunities.
  • Genuine interest in leveraging AI to improve sourcing, research, outreach, workflow automation, and talent insights.

Responsibilities

  • Build deep understanding of Fluent’s business model, portfolio companies, leadership structures, and operational priorities to proactively identify high-impact talent.
  • Develop strategic talent maps and pipelines across executive, operational, GTM, M&A, technical, and leadership functions globally.
  • Continuously monitor market movements, competitor activity, leadership changes, and emerging talent trends to identify future hiring opportunities.
  • Partner closely with hiring leaders and operators to understand the true business need behind every search, not just the job description.
  • Craft highly personalized outreach and compelling talent narratives that resonate with top-tier candidates.
  • Conduct thoughtful candidate discovery conversations focused on motivations, business impact, leadership style, and long-term fit.
  • Use AI tools, automation, and talent intelligence platforms to improve sourcing efficiency, elevate research quality, and accelerate execution.
  • Build scalable systems, sourcing frameworks, and talent intelligence processes that improve team effectiveness over time.
  • Maintain high-quality talent data and generate actionable insights from pipeline activity, response trends, and market patterns.
