About The Position

Talent Intelligence and Workforce Analyst Key Role: Apply deep expertise in workforce data, analytics, and workforce planning to generate recommendations that inform business decisions, optimize talent investments, and plan for future capabilities. Leverage advanced tools and approaches, including AI/ML, to develop scalable analytics products, dashboards, and models that enable data-driven decision-making across talent and business strategies. Develop, maintain, and enhance workforce analytics products, dashboards, and models to provide clear visibility into workforce trends, risks, and opportunities. Conduct research, data analysis, and modeling to forecast workforce supply, demand, and risk, supporting strategic workforce planning and business decision-making. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and business partners, enabling informed decisions and optimized talent strategies. Partner with COEs, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure workforce analytics align with enterprise priorities and provide maximum value. Maintain data integrity, governance, and accessibility across workforce systems and tools, ensuring high-quality, reliable analytics outputs. Independently manage analytical projects from data acquisition through insight delivery, collaborating with other analysts, team leads, and workforce strategists. Explore and implement innovative analytical approaches, including AI/ML techniques, to continuously enhance the organization's workforce insights capabilities. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering high-quality analyses and insights to senior stakeholders
  • Experience with data analysis, visualization, and modeling tools such as Excel, Python, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in workforce analytics, HR data analysis, or business intelligence, or Master's degree and 5+ years of experience in workforce analytics, HR data analysis, or business intelligence
