You'll be directly responsible for developing and automating complex analyses – particularly focused on process quality and pre-/post- comparisons. You'll partner closely with leaders and ESBPs (HRBPs) to understand the strategic intent of changes, providing tracking, predictive analysis, and guidance to ensure transformation goals are met. This is a critical, high-visibility position requiring meticulous attention to detail and the ability to translate technical workforce data into clear, actionable insights that drive process excellence and lasting organizational health .
