The Labor Analyst is responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing workforce utilization across all operational departments within an integrated casino resort. In addition to providing data-driven insights and labor forecasting, the Labor Analyst is directly responsible for preparing, maintaining, and publishing team schedules. This role ensures efficient labor management by balancing business needs, employee preferences, regulatory requirements, and labor cost controls, while supporting exceptional guest service. The Labor Analyst works closely with HR, Finance, Operations, and departmental leaders to drive productivity and support compliance.
