In this position... The Workforce Analyst is a critical global role responsible for forecasting, planning, and optimizing workforce capacity and productivity across Ford Credit and enterprise operations, including Dealer Services, Collections, and Ford Pro FinSimple. Operating across diverse regions such as North America, Europe, and India, the position leverages workforce management methodologies and Desktop Process Analytics (DPA) to align staffing and labor investments with strategic business objectives. By analyzing how work is performed across various systems and geographies, the analyst provides actionable insights into productive and non-productive time to drive operational performance and cost efficiency.
