Talent Finding Specialist
About The Position
Provides the full range of talent finding services to identify and attract talent to support RWS’ delivery and growth in key areas, to enable the expansion of our service offering to clients. Applies advanced recruitment and selection expertise to ensure results, frequently in strategic and/or complex areas. Implements large-scale projects and/or initiatives, manages these independently and with creative solutions. Collaborates cross-organizationally to identify ways to enhance the supply chain function. The Delivery team offers clients access to the world’s largest linguistic network, including more than 1,600 in-house translators and in excess of 29,000 freelance specialists, whose cultural and technical expertise underpin 24/7 service provision in over 80 countries.
Requirements
- Proficient in EN
- Bachelor´s degree
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
- 4 - 6 years of recruiting and sourcing experience
- Experience partnering with and influencing stakeholders
- knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques
- Advanced knowledge of Internet searching and Boolean logic
Responsibilities
- Create and implement recruitment strategies across services and markets, often with complex requirements that call for creative solutions
- Carry out market research for new service offerings
- Analyze results of recruitment campaigns and ROI on budget spent to make informed decisions about future strategies
- Deliver against set recruitment KPIs and report to Senior Management on results or remedial strategies and actions where needed.
