This role is a hands-on, high-impact partner responsible for elevating the quality of hiring across the organization. You’ll own the front lines of talent— sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates with rigor and intention —while working side-by-side with leaders to ensure we hire individuals who align with our mission, values, and performance expectations. Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and/or Human Resources
  • Strong skills in candidate assessment, behavioral interviewing, and decision-making
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • A collaborative, accountable, and proactive work style
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
  • A mindset focused on ownership, follow-through, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Driving full-cycle recruiting with a strong focus on quality over speed
  • Conducting thorough candidate screening and structured interviews to assess skills, readiness, and culture fit
  • Partnering closely with hiring leaders to align on expectations, provide feedback, and improve hiring decisions
  • Ensuring a consistent, professional, and high-quality candidate and hiring leader experience
  • Supporting process improvements and recruiting best practices that strengthen hiring outcomes and retention
  • Contributing to broader HR initiatives in a team-first environment
