About The Position

Assist in managing daily operations and providing support to team members and clients. Engage effectively with a diverse group of participants, fostering positive interactions. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and case noting to ensure smooth workflow. Collaborate with colleagues to address client or participant needs and resolve any issues promptly. Utilize Comprehensive Workforce Development System (CWDS) to complete tasks efficiently and accurately. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information. Adapt to a dynamic work environment and contribute to team goals as needed. Assist with Supportive Services

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, data entry, administration
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a part-time schedule effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to a temporary role with potential for growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including cultural sensitivity and the ability to engage effectively with individuals from varied backgrounds.
