We’re looking for a Talent & Engagement Program Manager to lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent and engagement programs. This role sits at the intersection of performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and compliance, with real ownership over how these programs scale and deliver impact. This is a builder role. You’ll translate strategy into well-run, measurable programs, bring structure to complexity, and ensure our talent systems and learning experiences actually change behavior. You’ll be hands-on with Workday, learning technologies, instructional design, and analytics, while also partnering closely with HRBPs, HRIS, Quality, EHS, and Legal to ensure programs meet business, compliance, and ISO 9000 requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong program management instincts, sharp systems thinking, and a bias for outcomes. You care as much about adoption and impact as you do about design and delivery.
