About The Position
We’re hiring both Talent Director and Talent Manager roles for a leading talent management firm representing influencers and creators. The Talent Director will build brand partnerships, support talent’s long-term growth, and work alongside a creative, collaborative team. This senior role involves leading talent managers and coordinators while managing a select group of creators.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience at a talent management firm required.
- Experience managing a team.
- Strong industry relationships.
- Experience mentoring or managing a team.
Nice To Haves
- Talent management firm experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage creator relationships and advise on partnerships and career growth.
- Pitch, negotiate, and secure deals with brands and agencies.
- Oversee contracts and partnership execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the Brand Partnerships team.
