About The Position

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves. Lead the planning, creation, and tracking of talent programs, including leadership development, talent management, recognition, and employee engagement. Design and execute employee-centric talent and organizational programs spanning the employee lifecycle. • Serve as an employee advocate, soliciting feedback and utilizing data to enhance culture, values, and the employee experience. Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to diagnose talent development needs using dialogue, assessment, and analytics. Manage career development programs to ensure engaging experiences for all employees, evolving programs based on feedback. Implement talent acquisition and management strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent. Support succession planning and leadership development programs to address current and future business needs. Measure effectiveness of talent management initiatives through data analysis and metrics, making data informed adjustments. Provide strategic guidance to managers and HR Business Partners on performance management and employee growth. Foster a growth mindset and excitement for learning and development across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
  • 10 years of experience required
  • Microsoft Office required
