This role will provide expertise in assessing skill needs, providing one-on-one coaching, and implementing talent development training programs to support employee attraction, engagement, and retention goals. Doe Run operates facilities in Missouri, Washington, and Arizona and is one of the largest lead producers in the Western Hemisphere. They also operate one of the world's largest, single-site lead recycling facilities.
