About The Position

The Talent Development Intern is a student or recent graduate passionate about people, learning, organizational growth, and inclusion + belonging. This role provides hands-on exposure to leadership development, employee experience, and learning strategy within a fast-paced, purpose-driven organization. The Intern will support the Talent Development team with administrative coordination, program enhancement, event planning, content creation and inclusion + belonging initiatives that elevate the employee journey from onboarding through leadership development. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in exploring Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or Inclusion while contributing meaningfully to a growing global brand. The 8-week Alo internship program starts June 8th and ends July 31st. Interns will be working 40 hours a week at our Beverly Hills HQ.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related degree program
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Talent Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or Inclusion
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
  • Creative mindset with an interest in learning design and employee engagement
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous internship, research, or campus leadership experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support administrative coordination for leadership development programs and learning initiatives
  • Assist with planning and execution of training sessions, workshops, inclusion programming and team events
  • Contribute to strengthening Employee Resource Groups
  • Enhance and update Talent Development materials and program content
  • Support new hire orientation preparation and facilitation logistics
  • Create and refine engaging learning content to support employee and belonging initiatives
  • Conduct research on best practices in talent development, learning science, and organizational effectiveness
  • Assist with tracking program participation, feedback, and engagement metrics
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR and business teams on development-related initiatives
  • Provide general support for Talent Development projects and other duties as assigned
