Your recruiter will be able to clarify expectations and answer any questions you have. We’re looking for a Talent Development Partner to join our Talent & Organizational Development team. This role will drive the successful execution and expansion of Talent & Organizational Development programs by owning program operations, learning systems, and digital content creation to enhance talent development at scale. In addition to the core role responsibilities the Talent Development Partner will have the opportunity to support a range of work streams under the Talent & Organizational Development umbrella as Collectors continues to grow and evolve, including but not limited to performance management, DEIB, and employee recognition. You’ll report to the Sr. Talent Development Manager and work from our Santa Ana, CA office (hybrid). Candidates near our Jersey City, NJ office or remote candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in program coordination, learning and development, HR operations, or a related field
  • Experience with Workday Learning preferred (or comparable LMS experience), including content management, assignments, and reporting
  • Familiarity with e-learning and content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Articulate, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Meticulously organized with strong attention to detail
  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with an ability to drive projects through partnerships with People team and business leaders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask or re-prioritize as needed in a fast paced environment
  • Open to and interested in supporting a range of workstreams beyond the core role responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end coordination of core manager development programs, including scheduling, enrollment, communications, vendor coordination, and execution across on-demand, in-person, and virtual formats
  • Serve as the functional SME for Workday Learning, supporting organization-wide adoption by onboarding new teams, managing content and assignments, and providing user support and reporting
  • Coordinate and administer critical talent processes, including year-end performance management activities, in close partnership with HR Business Partners, senior leaders, and other key stakeholders
  • Design and develop engaging e-learning and video-based learning content using tools such as Adobe Premiere, Articulate, or similar platforms
  • Maintain Talent & Organizational Development intranet sites and resources, ensuring content is current and relevant
  • Curate learning resources and support skill-building initiatives aligned to organizational priorities
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall program effectiveness
