Fabletics is looking for a Talent Development Coordinator. Fabletics is looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented Talent Development Coordinator to help bring our learning and development programs to life. In this role, you'll play a critical part in supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of employee onboarding, learning, and leadership development experiences that help every employee grow and thrive. You'll manage logistics, communications, and operational details that make our programs run smoothly. The Talent Development Coordinator will report to the VP, Talent Development.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of professional or internship experience in HR, learning & development, event coordination, or project management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems (experience with LMS, SharePoint, or Workday is a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Communications, or related field preferred (but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Run Fashion Week, our bi-weekly new hire onboarding experience, and Brand Bootcamp, our monthly cross-brand orientation.
  • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and materials for a variety of learning and development programs, workshops, and events.
  • Support maintenance of learning resources and platforms (e.g., LMS content, SharePoint, communication channels).
  • Manage program communications and participant engagement to build awareness and excitement for learning opportunities.
  • Track attendance, evaluations, and participation metrics; assist in preparing reports and summaries for the TD team.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to inform best practices in learning and talent development.
  • Partner closely with the broader TD team to ensure smooth execution of key initiatives, such as leadership development, skills programs, and performance/talent review cycles.
