Precision Drilling is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrator to join our Talent Development team at our Houston, Texas, Support Center. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth, efficient operation of our development programs. Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in office administration
- Strong Microsoft Office experience
Nice To Haves
- A diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline is beneficial but not required
- Experience with SAP & SuccessFactors is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules and track progress for departmental initiatives, ensuring accountability for deadlines
- Manage logistical and administrative aspects of departmental programs, courses, processes, and events
- Oversee financial administration, including invoices, training payments, expenses, and supply allocation to correct cost centers
- Maintain accurate records and share data to track attendance and participation across initiatives
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors through clear communication
- Demonstrate strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and a collaborative, self-motivated approach to work
