The specialist will implement and enforce quality assurance plans, compile data for reporting program progress, and conduct trainings and orientations. Recommendations for corrective actions and implementation of corrective action plans are also key responsibilities. The role requires extensive standing, sitting, computer, phone, and deskwork, primarily in a defined office environment with specified hours, though flexible hours may be required. Interaction will be one-on-one and in groups with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Availability for out-of-office meetings and conferences is necessary. The position requires creating, implementing, and monitoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
