We're looking for a Talent Coordinator to own coordination end-to-end, keep communication sharp and timely, and act as the operational engine that keeps our hiring efforts running smoothly and at pace. This year, our recruiting team will hire approximately 100 technical roles, and you'll work alongside our existing hiring coordinator to ensure every interview, every candidate touchpoint, and every piece of communication runs flawlessly. This is a high-impact role with lots of moving parts, requiring strong self-motivation, exceptional organization, and a natural bias toward action. You'll be passionate about delivering candidate experiences that reflect the quality of the teams we're building, and will partner closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers to drive positive hiring outcomes. As part of a lean, high-performing talent team, you'll get exposure across the full recruiting lifecycle, help shape how we scale our hiring operations, and have room to grow quickly alongside the company.
