Scopely is looking for a Talent Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team operating on a hybrid basis from our Culver City, California hub! Requirements

  • High-volume recruitment coordination experience
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute
  • Ability to develop strong trusting relationships in a demanding and high-performing work environment
  • Strong collaboration, written and verbal communication skills
  • Gmail, Google Calendar and Google docs proficiency
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking system or CRM

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and arrange all candidate interviews, including booking travel accommodations for non-local candidates
  • Manage candidates in Greenhouse (applicant tracking system)
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish
  • Coordinate complex interview schedules across global time zones with multiple participants
  • Collaborate with Talent Partners (recruiters) to ensure a great candidate experience and facilitate processes such as interviews, offers, and background checks
  • Work with People Operations, People Business Partners, and People Experience teams on efforts to optimize processes, workflow, and reporting
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in tracking metrics, candidate surveys and reporting
  • Contribute to the evolution of our recruitment processes by working closely with the team
