About The Position

The Talent Support Coordinator is a member of the Human Resources team responsible for providing daily support to the Talent Solutions function. This role will perform a variety of administrative duties predominantly supporting the candidate experience related to recruitment and onboarding.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and the ability to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining a sense of urgency
• Ability to make sound decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business or related field preferred
• 1+ years’ experience in HR or Talent Acquisition a plus
• Experience with Applicant Tracking and Onboarding systems preferably Ultipro a plus

Responsibilities

• Execute various administrative responsibilities related to hiring activities with an emphasis on the onboarding experience
• Provide a positive experience as an onboarding liaison between recruiters, candidates and hiring departments.
• Initiate and monitor background checks and drug screens for newly hired associates, tracking down results that are pending past expected time frames
• Clear newly hired associates following federal and company policies, ensuring compliance
• Process and review administrative documents related to hiring and onboarding including I9 and eVerify
• Ensure new hire paperwork is accurately completed prior to submitting for processing into the HRIS system
• Maintain accurate records according to system compliance
• Support with scheduling interviews, start dates, and new hire orientation
• Provide input and support in the development of Standard Operating Procedures
• Provide feedback to promote process improvements
• Other duties as assigned
