About The Position

The Talent Coordinator will report to our Head of Talent and play a critical role in optimizing our recruiting processes, managing our talent acquisition technologies, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates from interview through the onboarding process and working with hiring managers throughout the candidate lifecycle. This individual will be the backbone of our recruiting function, responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of our hiring engine.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a recruiting operations and recruiting coordination/talent acquisition support role
  • Proven experience with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A proactive and continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization & Management: Analyze, document, and streamline end-to-end recruiting workflows to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance the candidate/hiring manager experience.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inconsistencies in the recruitment process and propose innovative solutions.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for the recruiting team and hiring managers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Recruiting Technology & Systems Management: Administer and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS- Greenhouse), ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and efficient utilization.
  • Manage and support other recruiting tools and platforms
  • Troubleshoot system issues and serve as a primary point of contact for recruiting technology vendors.
  • Research and recommend new technologies to enhance recruiting effectiveness.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire, diversity metrics, and candidate pipeline health.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, insights, and areas for strategic improvement.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Candidate Experience & Coordination Support: Champion an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, professional interactions, and a smooth interview process.
  • Be the primary contact for recruiting coordination, which will include interview scheduling, candidate communication, candidate rescheduling and stage movement in ATS, especially during peak periods or for executive-level searches.
  • Assist with the development and execution of employer branding initiatives.
  • Collaboration & Support: Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HRBPs, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment on processes and expectations.
  • Support onboarding processes by ensuring a smooth handover of new hire information to HR.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required by the Talent Acquisition team.
