Key responsibilities include supporting senior business leaders to identify strategies directly linked to organizational goals and implement leadership solutions across the business. Job expectations include partnering with Global Talent, Global Human Resources (GHR), business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and vendors to execute enterprise talent processes and provide consultative support to lead the design, development, and implementation of talent development. We’re looking for a Talent Consultant II to join our Global Operations Talent Team and serve as a strategic advisor to one or more CEO 2-deep functional leaders. In this role, you’ll partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver talent strategies that strengthen leadership depth, organizational effectiveness, and teammate outcomes across their organization(s). The ideal candidate is a results-oriented talent professional who can influence, build trust, and manage relationships across a matrixed stakeholder network.
