This role supports the Global Talent Executive Talent Management and Analytics team by delivering data analysis, reporting, and insights that inform talent and workforce decisions. The Talent Consultant I will work with structured datasets, build and maintain reports, and help translate business questions into clear, actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, HR, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data cleaning and formatting, Basic formulas and data manipulation
  • Ability to work with structured datasets and ensure accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down questions into manageable analysis
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to summarize insights in simple terms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to HR data, workforce analytics, or business reporting
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools
  • Basic understanding of data concepts (e.g., data structure, data quality)
  • Experience supporting presentations or reporting for senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Analyze talent and workforce data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
  • Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Excel and other tools
  • Support the preparation of materials for senior leaders, including simple visualizations and summaries
  • Clean, organize, and validate large datasets to ensure data quality and consistency
  • Assist in translating business questions into structured analysis and clear outputs
  • Identify basic trends or issues in data and escalate with supporting context
  • Support ongoing enhancements to reporting processes and templates to improve efficiency
  • Document data definitions, assumptions, and methodologies for transparency
  • Contribute to team deliverables across talent planning, succession, and engagement reporting
