About The Position
Kimpton Fredericksburg is opening in Q3 2027 in the Texas Hill Country. This new lifestyle hotel will be located on the edge of downtown Fredericksburg, Texas, as part of a mixed-use development. The hotel will feature 210 guestrooms, a large event barn, event lawn, breakout rooms, four food and beverage outlets (a three-meal restaurant, coffee/grab-and-go, rooftop venue, and pool bar), a pool deck with cabanas, and outdoor gathering areas with firepits. Kimpton is seeking creative, genuine, and passionate hospitality professionals to shape the guest experience from day one. They are building a team across various departments including hotel operations, food and beverage, culinary, sales and marketing, finance, engineering, revenue management, people and culture, and guest services. This is an opportunity to join their talent pipeline for future openings.
