As Truist's Talent Brand Manager you will lead and deploy Truist's Teammate Value Proposition (TVP) to potential candidates along their candidate journey positioning Truist as the employer of choice. You will collaborate closely with the (enterprise level) Brand, Social Media, Marketing, Communications, Legal and Technology teams and stakeholders on the Talent led employer brand development, strategies, tactics, and opportunities to best capture candidates' attention and encourage them to consider, apply, and select Truist as their next career destination.
