We are seeking a hands-on, data-driven Talent Attraction & Recruiting Events Lead to execute recruitment marketing campaigns and recruiting events that build strong talent pipelines across early career and experienced hiring. This senior individual contributor will design and run attraction programs, manage events and vendors, create candidate-facing content, and equip recruiters with effective tools and outreach strategies. This role reports directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition and partners closely with Enterprise Communications and recruiting leadership.
