As the Director, Global Talent Attraction, you are responsible for leading and managing Mastercard’s Global Talent Attraction strategy and initiatives in collaboration with cross functional teams including Communications, Employer Branding, Early Careers, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders. At the core of this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing organic and paid recruitment marketing, and campaign execution across regions and job families worldwide. This person will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of recruitment marketers and activating Mastercard’s employer brand and drive high quality talent pipelines at scale. This is a highly visible role for a candidate with a background leading large scale, global talent attraction efforts for a tech-centric company who brings strategic clarity, operational rigor, and a deep understanding of how brand, data, and storytelling fuels hiring outcomes.
