Talent Attraction Coordinator

About The Position

As a Global Talent Attraction (GTA) Coordinator, you will be a key member of our Global Talent Solutions team. You will be responsible for providing Human Resource administrative support to internal and external stakeholders across the company network in support of requisition assignment and preparation, interview scheduling, offer and contract creation, and onboarding new hires to ensure a best-in-class new hire experience. You will also contribute to process design and ongoing development of our Global Talent Attraction processes.

Requirements

  • Five years of customer service, client facing experience.
  • Understanding of different roles and responsibilities within the Global Talent Attraction function.
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
  • Excellent customer service skills including active listening and translating client needs.
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Highly organized and the ability to coordinate and pursue multiple efforts simultaneously.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization.
  • Know when to properly escalate issues.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or in lieu of degree applicable years of experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Workday applicant tracking system and Phenom; CRM is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Talent Attraction Advisors on various tasks to support the job posting and candidate recruiting life cycle process, e.g., prepping job requisitions, scheduling candidate interviews, internal candidate recruiting efforts and offer letter/contract submission.
  • Assist with the creation of Global Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
  • Solves a range of straightforward problems, finding solutions in standard Organon procedures.
  • Facilitate TAC’s processes training I dentify problems and issues and assess possible solutions.
  • Responding to internal and external stakeholder requests and questions.
  • Other various administrative support to the Global Talent Attraction function, as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and system entry.
