About The Position
Premiere Plus Realty is seeking a Talent Attraction Expert to join their team in Southwest Florida. This role focuses on building genuine connections to attract licensed real estate agents and teams who fit the company culture and Core Values. The company utilizes a system with AI and modern technology to handle administrative tasks, allowing the Talent Attraction Expert to focus on relationship building. The position offers a seat on the leadership team and involves guiding new associates through their launch and ensuring their success. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and relationship-builder with experience in recruiting, sales, business development, marketing, or real estate, who is comfortable with CRM systems and AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities
- Attract licensed real estate agents and teams who fit our culture and Core Values — through warm inbound leads, market data, referrals, and your own relationship-building.
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, and connect candidates with the offices and people they'd be joining.
- Tell the Premiere Plus story using the StoryBrand framework — the agent is the hero; we're the guide.
- Run the attraction engine: campaigns, nurture sequences, our AI concierge, scheduling systems, and TrendGraphix market data.
- Guide every new associate from signed agreement through a successful launch, in partnership with our Membership Services team.
- Report growth metrics on the leadership team scorecard and own quarterly growth goals.

- $60,000–$70,000 base salary, plus performance incentives
