About The Position

Trimble is looking for a proactive and strategic Talent Attraction Advisor to join their People eXperience team. This role is pivotal in building diverse, high-performing teams that empower global industries. The Talent Attraction Advisor will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, shaping the talent strategy in the US market to scale both technical and non-technical teams. They will use innovative sourcing channels to champion diversity and equity in a global environment. The company's AECO sector focuses on empowering stakeholders through planning, design, construction, and the entire asset lifecycle, improving coordination and collaboration with innovative solutions.

Requirements

Proven experience or strong familiarity with technical technology recruitment and talent sourcing.
Strong capability leading candidate screening and selection workflows for diverse engineering and corporate positions.
Exceptional communication skills with a proven talent for building cross-cultural relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.
Experienced in advanced candidate sourcing and talent mapping using LinkedIn Recruiter.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with Workday or similar enterprise-level applicant tracking systems.
Exposure to hiring initiatives within complex, global technology or engineering environments.
