Why this job’s a big deal: As a Talent Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team. This position is dynamic and integral in enhancing our recruitment processes, ensuring a top-tier candidate experience, and facilitating a seamless onboarding process across our global operations.

Requirements

  • Proven academic excellence, evidenced by Bachelor’s or higher degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong preference for experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing demands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and reliably meet deadlines.
  • Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.
  • Unquestionable integrity and ethics is essential.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with international teams and managing relationships with global stakeholders is a plus.
  • Experience working with Excel or Google sheets to manage and maintain data is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stages.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and recruiters, responding promptly to ensure a positive and engaging experience throughout the process.
  • Manage the global pre-onboarding processes for new Priceliners in collaboration with HR Operations and IT teams.
  • Coordinate global orientation schedules, with a specific focus on conducting orientation sessions in our Toronto office.
  • Provide exceptional service to hiring managers and interviewers, including C-level executives, by managing expectations and facilitating smooth recruitment operations.
  • Handle event logistics for virtual and in-person interviews, coordination, administrative support and follow up while proactively problem-solving changes or issues as they arise
  • Assist with various Talent Acquisition projects and tasks as required.
