Job Summary The Talent Assessment & Development Senior Manager leverages expertise in assessment and industrial/organizational psychology to design, develop, deliver, and manage talent programs and processes that build a high-performing, inclusive culture and accelerate leadership and manager capability. This role partners with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure talent initiatives are evidence-based, strategically aligned, and drive measurable impact through robust assessment and data-driven insights.
