This role is within the People Operations team, which is responsible for the employee experience from the first interview through the first 90 days. The team is growing and seeks someone to own recruiting end-to-end while contributing to a People Ops function that emphasizes strong processes and genuine care for the employee experience. The role reports to the Director, People Operations and involves managing recruiting, onboarding, process improvements, and other People Ops priorities as they arise, reflecting a flexible and AI-integrated approach to work.

Requirements

3+ years of combined recruiting and HR experience.
Experience running full-cycle recruiting independently.
Ability to manage multiple open searches and shifting priorities simultaneously.
Hands-on experience managing an applicant tracking system, keeping requisitions, pipelines, and candidate data organized and accurate.
Meticulous attention to detail.
AI-fluent in personal work and able to spot AI fluency in others.
Experience building or configuring workflows, automations, or AI agents.
Curious and adaptable approach to work.
Comfortable holding confidential candidate and employee information with discretion.
People-first mindset, caring about the candidate and new hire experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Greenhouse.
Familiarity with PI's own hiring products, like the Behavioral Assessment and Job Assessment.
Experience building AI-literacy or AI-fluency criteria into interview loops or scorecards.
Hands-on experience with automation or agent-building tools (e.g., Zapier, Claude, custom GPTs).
Experience supporting AI adoption or change management within a team or company.
Experience recruiting in a fast-growing or resource-constrained environment.
Familiarity with HR compliance basics.

Responsibilities

Own recruiting, full cycle, including partnering with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.
Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse, and evaluate broader recruiting tools, considering AI integration for efficiency.
Help hiring managers build interview and screening criteria that assess a candidate's comfort working alongside AI, adaptability, and appetite for learning.
Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation content and scheduling, ensuring a welcoming, engaging, and educational experience.
Partner with teams like IT to ensure new hires have necessary tech, systems, and AI tools from day one.
Flex into broader People Ops work when recruiting volume is lower, which may include finding and automating People Ops workflows with AI, supporting AI fluency programs, planning employee events, maintaining HR software systems, administering engagement surveys, and preparing company-wide communications.
Find and automate repetitive People Ops workflows with AI.
Support programs that help employees build AI fluency and grow their careers.
Plan and execute occasional in-person employee events.
Maintain HR software systems.
Administer pulse and employee engagement surveys.
Prepare company-wide communications on behalf of People Ops, including updates for All Company Meetings, a bi-weekly newsletter, and Slack announcements.
