As the Talent and Organization Development (TOD) Director for the Seating Division, you will lead the employee development and organization strategy for the Seating Division, ensuring they have the right people developed for the right role at the right time. This role reports directly to the Seating Vice President Human Resources for the North America Region and functionally to the Business Group Talent and Organization Development Leader and North America Talent and Organization Development Director.
