About The Position

Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity within our Victoria branch for a Talent and Development Coordinator to ensure the following outcomes: Talent & Development records, trackers, employee files, and department documents are maintained accurately, consistently, and in accordance with established processes. Learning and development activities, including KCL Academy coordination, training logistics, attendance tracking, and feedback collection, are organized and completed in a way that supports employee participation and continuous improvement. Recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding administration is coordinated efficiently so candidates, new employees, managers, and internal partners receive clear communication and timely support. Employee communications, recognition activities, engagement initiatives, and routine documentation are prepared with professionalism, accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail. The Talent & Development team is supported during high-volume periods through flexible, collaborative assistance that contributes to smooth department operations and a positive employee experience.

Requirements

2+ Years’ experience in clerical/administrative support
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Smartsheet and SharePoint
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Flexible, adaptable, and able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Independently motivated, with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction
Effective written, electronic, and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude, collaboration, and enthusiasm for working with people and systems

Nice To Haves

2+ years’ experience in learning and development considered an asset
Post secondary considered an asset
Preferred to hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
Human Resources experience considered an asset
General construction knowledge is considered an asset
