About The Position

This is a high-leverage role at the intersection of talent intelligence, AI tooling, and special projects. You’ll work directly with the Head of Talent on initiatives that improve how we find, understand, and engage exceptional people — from scaling core systems across a global business to building entirely new approaches from scratch. The work is fast-moving, high-context, and often tied to company-critical priorities. Many of the problems are undefined, and you’ll be expected to use strong judgment, curiosity, and a bias toward action to move them forward.

Requirements

  • Obsessed with AI — someone who is constantly testing, trialling, and finding new ways to use it to work smarter
  • Analytically minded — comfortable working with data, whether that's capturing and structuring it, drawing insight from it, or building tools to make sense of it faster
  • Highly autonomous — able to take a brief, manage multiple inputs and stakeholders, and drive work through to completion without handholding
  • Genuinely curious about the talent that shapes and builds companies — drawn to understanding who the exceptional people are in our industries and why they matter
  • Plugged in — someone who enjoys staying current with industry news and brings an outside-in perspective to everything they do
  • Willing to try things you haven't done before and problem-solve collaboratively
  • Adaptable and comfortable switching contexts and priorities across different projects
  • Polished and professional — you'll be working closely with very senior executives
  • 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment — we care less about the specific function and more about the quality of your thinking and your track record of getting things done
  • High energy and high ownership

  • Analyse data across multiple sources to surface intelligence that informs our talent brand strategy
  • Own metrics reporting — building dashboards and frameworks that track the health and progress of our talent network and talent branding activities
  • Support the operational improvement of our interview process — refining how we assess for mindsets, values, and culture, updating scorecards to reflect this consistently across roles and seniority levels, and helping us raise the bar on candidate experience
