We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will take ownership of sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent across the organization. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping the candidate experience by ensuring every applicant receives timely communication, clear guidance, and a professional recruitment journey from first contact through onboarding. Requirements

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisitions Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
High level of professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, job fairs and referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Facilitate the selection process, including administering assessments, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Produces daily and weekly reports regarding recruitment endeavors
Keeps employment records for future utilization.
Assist with other related tasks and projects as needed.
