About The Position
Soccer Shots LI West is experiencing rapid growth across Long Island, South Florida, and is launching new sports programs next year. We are seeking a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition & Workforce Specialist to oversee recruiting, onboarding, and workforce operations across multiple markets. This role is crucial for supporting our expansion and ensuring a high-quality workforce.

Responsibilities
- Lead hiring for coaches, interns, volunteers, VAs, and full-time staff
- Manage job postings, sourcing, interviews, and pipelines
- Run onboarding, training, evaluations, and retention processes
- Handle corrective actions and dismissals professionally
- Manage workflows in Indeed, CareerPlug, Monday.com, Connecteam
- Support expansion into new sports programs
- Own communication across departments
