Position Summary The Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Professional II leads the full-cycle talent acquisition function and designs proactive, data-informed strategies that attract, engage, and secure high-quality talent. This role provides strategic guidance to leaders, strengthens employer brand presence, and ensures recruitment practices remain aligned with current and future workforce needs and organizational goals. As a strategic partner, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Professional II drives internal mobility, external sourcing, and workforce planning initiatives while building sustainable talent pipelines that position the credit union as an employer of choice. The role leverages innovative channels and technology to engage active and passive candidates, particularly for hard-to-fill roles. The role ensures compliance, enhances the candidate experience, and continuously improves recruitment processes to deliver measurable results in quality, diversity, efficiency, and hiring manager satisfaction.
