The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for following established strategies, filling candidate pipelines, and interviewing potential candidates. Essential Functions Full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing and requisition management Partner with external staffing agencies, including contract and temporary workforce engagements with a strong understanding of contract terms, compliance requirements and the ability to review, interpret, and execute staffing and service agreements Provide sourcing and recruiting support to Intelligence and Aerospace programs, as well as internal corporate roles such as Engineering, IT, Operations, Finance, Human Resources Maintain a strong network of industry contacts for potential sourcing and hiring Develop innovative ways to source candidates to produce sustainable talent pipelines Facilitate the screening and selection process between candidates and hiring teams which Includes internal training as necessary Maintain detailed communications with managers, candidates, and stakeholders to stay apprised of status and general coordination, negotiating and closing offers, and process improvements Proactive tracking of progress and all recruiting activities in our applicant tracking system Analyze staffing trends and results for continuous improvement of our strategies and process Provide recruitment status metrics to all pertinent stakeholders regularly Assist with the training, mentoring, and developing of junior recruiting staff as needed Foster Global Inclusion and Diversity in business hiring practices Fulfillment of assigned recruiting responsibilities with a high sense of urgency and thorough execution of established processes Perform other duties as required.
