About The Position

Under close supervision, this position is responsible for performing a variety of routine tasks to facilitate the recruiting efforts of the recruiting team for all candidates. The incumbent provides support for day-to-day recruitment efforts within a given business unit or functional area.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 6+ months of related experience, and/or military equivalent
  • Ability to act professionally
  • Ability to be both flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to communicate effectively through all mediums

  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team
  • Experience coordinating events and managing logistics
  • Experience in Microsoft Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with report compilation
  • Experience working in a customer service job
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient active listening skills
  • Willingness to help others

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration/Management, Communications, Psychology, or related field, with 1-2 years of experience, education, and training.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, edit and maintain job postings
  • Schedule and coordinate travel for candidates
  • Greet and escort candidates to interviews as needed
  • Schedule interviews for hiring managers
  • Inform job applicants of position details and application status
  • Validate information provided by candidates as necessary
  • Schedule orientation information for candidates and prepare new hires for their first day
  • Coordinate recruiting activities such as job fairs, advertising, company information sharing and interview days
  • Responsible for leads management and updating the CRM as needed
  • Conducting new hire auditing activities including validating appropriate information prior to hiring candidates
  • Work with appropriate HR stakeholders to implement solutions to new hire data issues
