NEP Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in building strong, diverse teams across the organization. In this role, youll partner closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver thoughtful, inclusive, and effective recruiting strategies that support business goals and create a positive experience for every candidate. This is a hybrid role, requiring 1-2 days per week on-site in Harmar Township along with minimal travel in the US. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources, ideally supporting distributed or multi-location teams
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and hiring regulations
  • Experience using social and digital recruiting tools and creative sourcing techniques
  • Demonstrated success building and maintaining candidate pipelines and talent communities
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned business groups
  • Proactively source and engage active and passive candidates using a variety of channels and tools
  • Identify opportunities to build diverse candidate pipelines and strengthen NEPs employer brand
  • Recommend and explore new recruiting channels, networks, and partnerships
  • Post and manage job openings across job boards, social platforms, colleges, community organizations, and staffing partners
  • Represent NEP at recruiting and networking events, sharing information about our teams, roles, and culture
  • Conduct effective candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit
  • Support offer creation, maintain the applicant tracking system, and produce recruiting reports as needed
  • Help ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance
