This role involves hands-on recruiting, process management, and serving as a consultative partner to hiring managers. The specialist will handle both exempt and non-exempt positions, with a focus on IT, technical, and other specialized roles. Key responsibilities include proactively engaging passive talent, conducting market research, building pipelines, and optimizing sourcing strategies for niche disciplines like software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, AI/ML, and ERP. This position offers a blend of relationship building, strategic influence, and process management, requiring close collaboration with hiring managers, leveraging recruiting technology, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. The role supports a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of one day per week onsite at either the Pipersville, PA or North Houston, TX locations, with the remaining days remote.

  • Ability to promote technical roles, learn terminology and translate hiring-manager requirements into effective candidate searches and screening criteria.
  • Proven ability to serve as a consultative recruiting partner to hiring managers and the TA/HR team and influence recruiting strategies for specialized or difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Working knowledge of employment law, EEO guidelines, and affirmative action requirements as they relate to recruiting and candidate selection.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility with candidates and leaders at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple active searches in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of challenging searches while maintaining a high-quality candidate and hiring-manager experience.
