About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to collaborating with hiring managers and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.

Requirements

2-4 years of recruitment experience
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruiting.

Nice To Haves

Fluency in Mandarin is essential, with strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin Chinese.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Agency Experience a plus

Responsibilities

Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and industry-specific platforms to identify potential candidates.
Proactively source and engage with candidates to create a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Review resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks as needed.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Communicate clearly and effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about their status in the hiring process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment progress and provide insights to optimize the hiring process.
Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations related to recruiting, both domestically and internationally.
