About The Position

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist on our Global Talent Acquisition team in Northville, Michigan, you'll help build high-performing teams by recruiting exceptional talent across multiple divisions. Working within a global network of recruiting professionals, you'll influence hiring strategies, foster meaningful candidate experiences, and contribute to ZF's continued growth and success worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree required, preferably in the field directly related to Human Resources (HR Development, Labor Relations, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle, high volume recruitment
• High-energy, highly motivated and a self-starter
• Strong oral and written communication
• Ability to manage multiple job requisitions; track candidates; and follow through on recruitment projects

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred)
• Fluent in Spanish (preferred qualification)

Responsibilities

• Develop job postings and decide where to source for qualified candidates
• Conduct initial screening with candidates to determine match to the position requirements.
• Schedule interviews and/or assessments with local human resources and/or hiring teams as requested.
• Work closely with local human resources representatives and hiring managers to prepare and extend employment offers and complete search process (e.g. feedback to candidates not selected, etc.).
• Manage compliance to applicable employment laws and requirements specific to recruitment (applicant recordkeeping, etc.).
• Maintain a variety of recruiting data and prepare reports to communicate recruitment status and performance against identified metrics (e.g. cost-per-hire, days to close, interview: hire ratio, etc.).
• May be responsible for providing coaching/training to human resources representatives and/or hiring teams on use of situation-based interview techniques.
• Act as recruiting Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing market insight and guidance to the business
• Responsible for data accuracy within ATS
• Actively source passive candidates to develop talent pipelines
